I have a graduate degree in nursing and I currently work on a computer all day long for a company that has about 6000 employees. While I would give Linda a 5 I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. I also read the other reviews and I agree with all the other complaints. What should have been a 5-minute phone call ended up taking well over an hour.
